GOOD NEWS: Jersey Cash 5 numbers are known to repeat entire sets.

BAD NEWS: Using such numbers will probably have you getting much less than the normal jackpot because people share number sets. If enough people hear those numbers the next time they hit for 4 of 5 the payout will be like 100 dollars and maybe 4 or 5 K for the jackpot.

I once had all 5 numbers.. but when they checked it I thought I goofed and had 4 numbers, but they turned out to be popular numbers.

Well, I guess you hate most lottery players then, because most lottery players I know have special numbers that are based on birthdays, etc.

i love stories like these.i plan on winning the tennessee lotto 5 eventually.i pick my own numbers too.get 4 out of 5 quite often here on the post.just a matter of time before i hit all five

I hate when people breakdown their numbers like this. I always get the feeling they are lying.

A breakdown of her five numbers:

5 Her son-in-law was born on 5-5.

13 Just a number I like.

25 Her daughter's age.

28 Her son-in-law's age. Two son-in-law numbers? I like my son-in-law.

38 A fluke.

I hate the stupid people who ask or want winners to associate relevance to the numbers the pick.

I normally don't comment on pick-5 games. But for some time now I've been calling for NY to change Take Five to a jackpot game. A solo winner on T5 often gets less than $100,000 before withholdings.

A Williamstown, New Jersey, woman who insists I'm not lucky won the New Jersey Cash 5 jackpot of $545,559 March 2 after hitting four of five numbers in the same lottery game a mind-altering 13 times in 16 months.

The woman, who requested her name not be used, purchased her winning ticket at Corner Food Market in Washington Township.

She watched her five numbers 5, 13, 25, 28 and 38 picked live on Channel 23.
