You put things in perspective for me. I really don't need much to live on. I live in a small condo i like, I am 36, single not likely to get married, no kids. BTW i realizes my prize winning is $4dollars because in Texas you can megaply. Our texas lotto is $30 milion and out Texas Two Step is now $2.45 million(this is huge considering that it resets at $200k). LMAO, I think that there is just a LITTLE bit of bitterness there , but ya know I am the same way. My family has done me so wrong that I will pick up my check on my way to NO MANS LAND. I feel so sorry for those of you who have such a poor relationship with your families that you would choose to cut them out of your life if you won the lottery. you know what i think i will collect as a person and not a blind trust. i want to say no to allt he people who did not care for me when i was down and out, i can count the holiday cards i got last december in one hand, i got fewer birthday cards. As my attorney collects my 148 million before taxes, I shall be planning my move (a nice 45' motor coach). After the tax man commeth, (I really hope that the get all that they are entitled to) I plan to disappear. Open roads with no plans and my Harley VRod on the back. I am going to play but i am not feeling like a winner yet. i think when it hits $300 million i will play more than one dollar. I already have my eye on the $20million dollar NY townhouse. How long do you think I can live there before i go broke? The $39 million dollar NY Park Ave apt with 40k and month in taxes and maintenance sounds good to me. I dont think that MM is selling that well here in texas. We have very few 2nd prize winners compared to the other states. Other than Cali, we have a larger population than all of them (maybe not ny).

The jackpot in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery game has grown to $265 million.

None of the tickets sold for Friday's $220 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball. The next drawing will be Tuesday.

There were 20 second-prize winners from Friday night's drawing: 3 from California, 4 from Georgia, 3 from Michigan, 3 from New Jersey, 2 from New York, 2 from Ohio, and 3 from Virginia. Each ticket matched all five lotto numbers but not the Mega Ball number to win... [ More ]
