GA has a 2.5 million jackpot scratch game, but for some reason it looks like they want to collect the money before handing it out....

I have bought umpteen of these tix and the most I've won is $50.

Illinois has a $2 Million Scratch card also... Luckily it's not an Annuity either!

It took me about 20 seconds on the New York lottery site to find a $10 ticket entitled '2,000,000 Jackpot'. Thesite is www.nylottery.org

There is NO such thing as a $2 million NY scratch ticket. For that matter, NY has not offered a true $1 million (lump sum) scratch prize since Tax-Free Million was prematurely retired in 2000.
