			<description><![CDATA[<p>I wonder what would happen if NC or any other PB jurisdiction had higher or lower prizes than the other states. For the record, California has pari-mutuel prizes for all nine levels in Mega Millions, but the overall payout percentage is still 50%.</p>]]></description>
