			<description><![CDATA[<p>They will be parsimonious about it and that&#x27;s for sure.  I don&#x27;t think WMYT (formally  The WB ) reaches the major counties  in NC.  They would have to use the TV station that reaches the counties that buy the most tickets and right now Charlotte is not that county. They will have to reach Winston Salem and Greensboro.<br /><br />I think they probably will use CBS because they are more lead back and less conservative. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Triangle&#x27;s CBS affiliate has been chosen to produce and air the nightly number drawings for the North Carolina Education Lottery, with the first lottery broadcast coming later this month with a drawing for the multi-state Powerball game.<br /><br />WRAL-TV in Raleigh won out over WTVD-TV in Durham for the right to show the drawings on its station and provide it to other television outlets statewide.
