			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would think no company would want to buy the lottery rights without a healthy profit. Doesn&#x27;t seem fair to the taxpayers to share the profits with an outside entity. And no controls are mentioned that would prevent some company to making changes that the state would not want. It sounds like the public needs more information than is being given.</p>]]></description>
