I'm sure if 3 people, instead of 2, had won the MegaMoney in FL ($2 million jackpot on 6/6) then everyone would be buzzing about the amount they won and say the money is evil or a sign of the end of the world. 2,000,000 divided by 3 = 666,666

They said all there is to say with their actions( buying all them 666 tickets like the date would make the numbers fall that way ) .

The South Carolina Educational Lottery has stopped selling tickets Tuesday with combiations with 666 in it. That means no more 6-6-6, 6-6-0-6, and 6-6-6-6.

Tuesday is of course June 6, 2006 or 06/06/06, if you're so inclined. And apparently, a lot of people are.

Lottery officials say they've reached their liability on selling the above numbers, meaning they wouldn't be able to pay out all the winners if those numbers should be drawn. The lottery says they have a $3.5 million cap on P... [ More ]
