			<description><![CDATA[<p>HAPPY WEDNESDAY....CASH N&#x27;CARRY....<br /><br />&#x27;In early 2005 there were consecutive losers who chose annuity. Actually one let the 60-day clock expire. The two  winners  led to PB changing the annuity to graduated payments later in the year.&#x27;<br /><br />That just goes to show, that the winnner, really didn&#x27;t need the  prize   in the fst place, or they stashed the ticket away  and contracted amnesia.</p>]]></description>
