Anyone who has read my posts knows how I feel about this subject. I know this $800,000 doesn't make any difference to me, since I don't buy PB tickets, but it boggles the mind. After taxes I could buy a nice home for cash and a new car or just invest it and travel until I drop in 20 or 30 years.

Sickening.

Buy the ticket like we all do. ( smart )

Purchase the powerplay option, like a lot of us do.( even smarter )

Put the ticket on the counter, like a lot of us do. ( smart )

Hit it for one million like we all wish we would ( priceless ).

Do not check the numbers the next day or any day ( STUPID ).

Lose the ticket ( STUPID ). or....

Die ( even more stupid ).

WOW, now that just makes me ILL. I have family in Tenn, but never played there ISNT ME .... and I am sure that you can look it up on line for the store in the Tenn. paper it will be the talk of the week

I live in TN, I know people who buy lottery tickets in Memphis and I often do. Is there a way to find the name of the store which sold the ticket

Today is the last day left in the life of an $800,000 Powerball ticket that was sold last December in Memphis, Tennessee.

As with all of the Tennessee Lottery's numbers-pick games, players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

Since the ticket was purchased for the Dec. 10, 2005 drawing, the ticket expires on Friday.
