			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think all states lotteries should get a  police  committee so that the schools won&#x27;t end up worst than what they were and guard against thieving hands.  I&#x27;ve seen similar things happen with my own two eyes.  You have no clue. Look at Tn do you think they distributed money to hire teachers for special needs kids....no they cut teachers because somebody got a cut before it even went to the schools and the schools had to scramble over what was left. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree in principal.However,one must ask,how pathetic is it that these people must oversee the purpose for which the law was passed in the first place.It amounts to the fact that NC government can&#x27;t be trusted to do the right thing on it&#x27;s own.I guess it is to be expected in the days like these.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>the north carolina lottery has had to endure a lot.i think all of this will only help to make it stronger in the long run.any states in the future need to look closely at these things before starting up their own lotteries.there are a lot of pitfalls involved for those who are not careful or prepared.good luck to the north carolina lottery.i think they will be alright when its all said and done........</p>]]></description>
