			<description><![CDATA[<p>Powerball states got a bump with the two big pots that came along after increasing the odds, but I bet that&#x27;s going to come back to bite them since people will now start expecting $100m pots before buying tickets.  I have noticed a slow down in the the climb to $100m that wasn&#x27;t there before those gigantic runs.  I myself only by 1 or 2 tickets until it gets above $100m and am spending less overall.</p>]]></description>
