Once you've won $100 million, one million more or one million less is probably not going to be life changing. Like David Lee Roth used to say, Don't sweat the small stuff.

I'd like to add to this. $100 Millions jackpot refers to the image of $100 bill. So this jackpot gonna catch attention from more people. This image is more powerful than $99 or $101 millions.

That's what I think thought.

I think they don't want to have jackpots end in $99 or $101 million because it's estimated. The draw will likely be exactly $100 million or a little bit higher based on sales.
