			<description><![CDATA[<p>another thing to watch out for is if they try to modify this bill or make changes to it.basically changing things to suit whoever is placing holds on the bill.then after they make the changes to satisfy the person placing the hold on it they could then turn around and do a vote.</p>]]></description>
