			<description><![CDATA[<p>What I think I see here is shoddy reporting by low-level people wihtin the State DPS.<br /><br />They are essentilaly reporting  allegations  - so what? It would be a different story if GTECH had been found guilty of wrongdoing in any of these cases - but they have not.<br /><br />DDB</p>]]></description>

I guess since they had to clean house on their own lottery now they are going to try to fix Gtech&#x27;s problems.
