			<description><![CDATA[<p>Gift tax is something I will never understand.  You win a million, pay your taxes, and then you are taxed heavily if you want to give someone a gift of more than $12,000.  It just makes no sense to me at all.  It&#x27;s taxing the same income twice.</p>]]></description>
