Whenever I&#x27;m in Augusta, I go across the state line and I&#x27;ll buy some tickets.<br /><br />I&#x27;ve lived in GA since it started the lottery and as far as I know, GA has never been a Powerball state.  It was the Big Game and then it switched to Mega Millions.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>yes you can. they will ask you if you where you purchased the ticket. you can just tell them that my cousin purchased the ticket for you. you only have to worry about that if you win over 600 dollars. anything under that amount they just don&#x27;t care and you get your money. retailers are held to that rule not friends and family.</p>]]></description>

The only problem with that is if you win anything on the first drawing you&#x27;d have to go back to NC to collect before the last drawing on the ticket because the prizes expire after 6 months. The whole trip took me 12 hours by taking Interstate 5, and 16 hours by taking 101.<br /><br />And now, I don&#x27;t want to go there any more. Gas and time turn that idea down.
