Yes, it's that way here in Ga and South Carolina as well. If you drive away w/ o paying, you lose your license.

Most all stations now will not turn the pump on for cash payments until you come in and pay or leave a deposit first..

Not here. Most gas stations ask you to pay first, then pump. Most of the time I use my gas card anyway and pay at the pump. I think it's now a law in Florida that, if you pump and run, you can lose your license...not sure.

That was kind of funny...

Typically, stations have drive offs without paying after pumping, not the other way around...

He was so pumped he forgot to get the gas !

He paid for the gas but forgot to pump it. I hope the station allowed him to get his gas on his return, without paying again.

Retirement day will be an especially memorable one for Ford assembly plant worker Jerome McInnis. McInnis played the new Georgia Lottery instant game Bah Humbucks and became the first to win one of the game's $225,000 top prizes.

Jerome is a 13-year employee of the Ford assembly plant in Hapeville that closed today.

I elected to take the early retirement package, shares McInnis, a College Park resident. This came at a great time. It's just exciting to win like this.
