Illinois Lotto AFAIK also has a fourth prize ($3 for 3/6.) Why does the press release ignore most winners

A single winner has taken the $7 million jackpot from the latest drawing of the Illinois State Lottery's Lotto game.

The ticket sold in Loves Park was the only one to match all six winning numbers from Wednesday night's Lotto drawing.

The next Lotto drawing will be Saturday night, and will feature a grand prize of $2 million.
