The one company that is a major provider for  Billboard advertising for the State and Local interest group allocates a portion of their advertising ( 5-10%) goes to charity groups/non profit, and naturally the state.  This is mostly for the central PA area that I speak specifically of.<br /><br />So it could be a possiblity that Maryland has the same arrangements on Billboard advertising.<br /><br />I personally will offer a bid to them !
