			<description><![CDATA[<p>I totally agree.<br /><br />This story is striking, in that it points out how those scammers got off almost scot free!  One of the guys had his case dismissed, and the other gets to pay his fine over three years, like a car loan.<br /><br />This is the punishment for ripping off USA citizens.  Lovely Canadian court system.</p>]]></description>
