			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a question loosely relating to this.. on this very website there is a link to  play any state  for  25 cents per ticket . I don&#x27;t get how they would sell tickets for 1/2 their value (in most states), if they are doing so legally, etc... but I wonder this: when they sell  online pick3/pick4  for other states, are they even actually buying tickets? they could be putting everyone&#x27;s money in their own account and then paying out from that based on the equivalent Lottery payout (w/o the 50pct... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/146815/734964">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>What are the names of those German lotteries? I used to get hit up by ticket services about 15-20 years ago to buy shares in the tickets. You could buy 1/4 ticket up to a full ticket or more and those suckers were expensive, but seemed lucrative. Or was that a scam? I recall cashing out US $70 one year playing that thing.</p>]]></description>
