			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t see anything unusual about it.  That&#x27;s about the same percentage of profits they make in the other games.  El Gordo is unusual because it returns 70% of the money in prizes, but 50% is common for USA lotteries, regardless of game.  Cash Only always complains about NY&#x27;s 40% return.<br /><br />What&#x27;s different about the raffle is not the state&#x27;s profit, it&#x27;s your odds of winning a million dollars (much better odds in a raffle game). The five winning numbers for the $25,000 prizes are 00029012, 00059271, 00066514, 00066667 and 00095829.<br /><br />There were 250 winning numbers that paid $500 apiece as well.
