			<description><![CDATA[<p>The S.C. lottery will likely offer its million dollar raffle game again, said Ernie Passailaigue, executive director.<br /><br />The lottery awarded four prizes of $1 million and hundreds of other prizes Monday in the game that works just like a door-prize drawing.<br /><br />The Carolina Millionaire Raffle game sold just over 900,000 of its $10 tickets and paid about $5.5 million in prizes, Passailaigue said.<br /><br />We did not sell out, so I wouldn&#x27;t say it was a raving success,  Passailaigue said.
