			<description><![CDATA[<p>California is under the false impression that people are turned off by the 20 dollar price tag, but they almost are forcing you to buy 4 so you get 1 free. Another case of the old bait and switch. Until an El Gordo like 70% payback raffle hits the US forget it. Sure your odds in most of these raffles is 125k to 1 to win the grand prize but at 20 dollars a ticket its 2.5 million to every dollar. Almost lotto like.</p>]]></description>
