			<description><![CDATA[<p>I live in the northen end of &#x27;the bible belt&#x27;, and as far as I know, everyone has everything around here.<br /><br />No, what his is is a payoff &#x27;under the table&#x27;, someone in a private company is &#x27;subsidizing&#x27; votes in order to garner a monopoly, and the &#x27;lawmakers&#x27; will go for it, hook line and sinker, because it will line their pockets.  This is gambling, this is big money, don&#x27;t fool yourself.</p>]]></description>
