			<description><![CDATA[<p>My father had a stroke and my mother was dying and in his mind he becme very desparte to help her in any way he could, I was living out of state and he obtained altymers.  He received several phone calls from these criminals and mail as well. he lost his life savings and the perpetrators were never caught. They promised him the world and even had private meetings with him at his residence. Yes he was not inhis right mind, but it is so easy to take advantage of the elderly when they are sick</p>]]></description>

The suffering they cause isn&#x27;t covered by  first degree theft&#x27;; what about  malious mayhem ? A message must be sent to these predators. Life in prison under hard labor seems justified.</p>]]></description>
