			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are other ways the retailers can tell if the tickets were stolen from other businesses and brought to their store to collect.  I am not at liberty to say how.. but anyone who steals a lottery ticket and think it will go unnoticed is plain stupid..</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>A South Carolina convenience store employee turned herself in to police Monday on allegations she stole dozens of scratch-off lottery tickets from work last month and then cashed in the winners, officials said.<br /><br />Tashawn I.
