			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is not too much excitement with this raffle.  When I checked this morning, they still have over 200,000 tickets left to be sold with only a week to go.  Me thinks they will be pushing the draw date back...way back!  That&#x27;s why I would rather buy a PB/MB ticket...at least I know there will be two drawings every week giving me a chance to win.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wisconsin just copied what Illinois did with their raffle...which sux.  I liked Florida and California&#x27;s raffles in that multiple $1M prizes where up for grabs.  I don&#x27;t get to hung up on the slight increase in odds...hell, I religiously play MM and PB so obviously I am not hung up on dismal chances of winning.  It&#x27;s just that it is so common for only one person (or family) to win the mega jackpot and state lotto games, so at least when states offer a raffle game, they actually have the opportun... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/153276/801149">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
