			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sounds real good, 17 billion dollars going to Florida education until you learn that for every dollar the lottery contributes to education the state deducts a dollar from what they put into education.  The lottery has made zero difference to Florida education unlike Georgia where the money goes to collage scholarships that would not otherwise be available.  The Florida lottery is just a tax, the Georgia lottery directly helps students.  BobP</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>That is wonderful news....17 Billion dollars to education...That&#x27;s great...Wish it was the same for the rest of the country...I think lottery money should go solely to education and not to sponsor other causes....I also wish that that number (17 Billion dollars) or more were contributed to education across the country, and not the 1 billion dollars that lot of states give....<br /><br />But i still feel that the tickets that go unclaimed should be used for a sweepstakes, free and that way you are giving... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/153283/798869">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
