			<description><![CDATA[<p>This was such a rip.  Compare tn to ky&#x27;s payouts and tell me this was fair.  I can&#x27;t even check the numbers because the website can&#x27;t handle the traffic.  So much for being prepared after all that hype.  I did manage to find out I didn&#x27;t get a big winning ticket from the tv news station&#x27;s website.  Why they couldn&#x27;t list the 500 dollar winners, I don&#x27;t know.</p>]]></description>
