I think that was a very dumb move on his part. It also goes to show how quick people will be to ask you for money after winning a jackpot. Not really sure why he would call himself a millionaire either.

You're right, on a technicality he is not exactly a millionaire but winning $650,000 on a $10 bet would make anybody feel like millionaire. Good for him

So now the definition of a millionaire is someone with maybe 650,000 after taxes? I was thinking it takes about $5 million these day to be a millionaire. I'm old fashioned.

Burt Isabell had this reaction Tuesday when he learned he'd won $1 million in the Tennessee Lottery: I just started hollering, 'You're looking at a millionaire!'
