Oh hell, they never learn. I still think criminals like that need life of hard labor in Death Valley. We don't care how long a life, just a deterent for other stupids. I also hear criminals make great organ donors and tasty cat food.

I agree. Satan is alive and well these days. I feel badly for the store owner and believe the piece of garbage who destroyed his property needs to be punished, but I wouldn't wish being set on fire on my worst enemy.

Firefighters said it can't get more ironic than this: an arsonist breaks into a convenience store, steals scratch-off lottery tickets, tries to cover his tracks by setting a fire, and in the process, sets himself on fire.

It happened early Thursday morning in Rome, Georgia, just off of Rockmart Highway.

Safarez Chunara surveyed his store on Friday the first time he and his family had seen the damage. The inside is completely torched.
