			<description><![CDATA[<p>Great  story  for  anyone  who  plays  the  lottery  or  not  this  was  a  blessed  man  and  he  WAS  LUCKY ;<br /><br />My  motto .......... 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Most petty criminals aren&#x27;t too bright, which is why so many of them get caught. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>A Swanton, Vermont, man who read a news report about unclaimed Megabucks winnings discovered he had one of the $10,000 tickets in his wallet, Vermont Lottery officials said Thursday.<br /><br />Jon Trahan purchased several tickets in February at the Swanton Short Stop but then lost his wallet containing the tickets during an out-of-state trip, lottery officials said.
