			<description><![CDATA[<p>I did not realize the Hot Lotto drawings were computerized. I assumed they were drawn the same way as Powerball, and am disappointed to learn otherwise.<br /><br />The good news is that a Muldrow, Oklahoma couple just won the June 27, 2007 Powerball Jackpot from a ticket purchased in Roland. Muldrow and Roland are small towns near the state&#x27;s eastern border.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is no doubt the tribal casinos have grown considerably during the last two or three years.
