He purchased their ticket at Publix, 100 W. Oakland Park Boulevard in Wilton Manors. Cartwright said he learned he had won when one of the guys in the group called him to relay the wonderful news. Cartwright was in shock and disbelief that they had won a large sum of money. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is a nice story.   The article didn&#x27;t say the ticket was claimed in the name of a Trust.  I don&#x27;t know how that would affect the total tax, but I think the IRS will consider that to be one win so they might get hit with the tax on the entire million.  Still, getting over $80,000 clear is a nice surprise...a lot better than my zero</p>]]></description>
