			<description><![CDATA[<p>Another major factor is the fact that right now people don&#x27;t have as much money to throw around. Expenses are up, income is down for people too, not just businesses. I stopped playing my numbers a while ago. I only buy my grandma&#x27;s Powerball numbers per her request.</p>]]></description>
