			<description><![CDATA[<p>Throw  momma  off  the  train....and   if  were  reading  the  same  story  the  mother  was  dead  and  her  son  had   this  female  friend  who  continued  to  use  the  dead  mothers  credit  card ;<br /><br />I  stick  to  my  ruling  ....The  judge  in  this  case  ruled  beyond  the  juisdiction  of  his  authority  and unless  the  credit  card  was  used  to  buy  that  \  lottery ticket  he  cannot   rule  the  winnings  illegal:<br /><br />legal   infractions  combined  does  not   give   a  judge</p>]]></description>
