Almost sounds like Oliver Stone is making a movie about a New York Lottery conspiracy.

A former deputy director of the New York Lottery has been named acting director of the organization.

Gurney replaces Robert McLaughlin, who served as Director of the New York Lottery from November, 2006 to August, 2007. Mr. McLaughlin recently accepted a position in the private sector, according to lottery officials.

Gurney has worked at the lottery since 1998, and was most recently director of operations and administration in addition to being deputy director. His areas of responsibilit... [ More ]
