That he is! And he is also proof that the odds can be odd and why not you or me! Yep, I know I am destined for 7 jackpots in my lifetime. The odds are odd, but they are what they are.

She was real happy, he said. I gave her the money to invest. ... I got a little bit of it, but I didn't get much.

Wow twice winning the second prize....not bad.....and both times with the powerplay. Lucky guy! I will be in Wisconsin this week so I am buying some PowerBall tickets that is for sure. haha

Francis Stephenson struck Powerball gold this week.

South Carolina's first Powerball million-dollar winner in 2005, the 61-year-old Chester native scored a $400,000 prize Tuesday when he learned his quick pick ticket matched the first five numbers.
