			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s interesting because when I use to buy BigGame tickets at the truck stop just north of the Ohio boarder on Rt 23, they didn&#x27;t do that there.   I don&#x27;t think they scam me because I alway checked my tickets myself before cashing them in.<br /><br />Ohio system stamps the ticket paid and prints out one slip which the clerks staple to the ticket and put them both in a box which is a receipt for the clerks showing money taken out of the register to pay the winners</p>]]></description>
