			<description><![CDATA[<p>Is this bad news for future raffles, either in Indiana or in other states who are considering one but watching the results other states have?<br /><br />I used to enter the raffles for the $350,000 St. Jude&#x27;s dream home for $100.  The limit here was 7,000 tickets up for sale.  The first year they got them all sold but the 2nd year they only sold a little more than half and there was no 3rd year.  I&#x27;m very disappointed because it was fairly good odds and lots of fun.
