This is just like the Lottery money that went into Build Indiana Fund and disappeared a few years ago.<br /><br />By the way has anyone seen the actual report?  What about the EEO charges filed against Esther?  What about the bid rigging charges?   What about the trips she made back to Nevada to visit friends and family and  (allegedly) charged to her Hoosier Lottery Expense account? Richard Lugar, whose mission is  to increase the number and influence of Hoosier Republican women in elected and appointed governmental and political positions at the local, state and federal levels.  The lottery also paid $130 for employees to attend the lunch.<br /><br />$10,000 would buy a lot of books and art supplies for students.</p>]]></description>
