			<description><![CDATA[<p>Finally, in my opinion, if a player is age 40+, he or she can retire off the interest of $4 or $5 million and never touch the principal!<br /><br />I agree.  I could live on a lot less.  If I won $1 or $2 million I&#x27;d retire very comfortably.  Life doesn&#x27;t have to be expensive.  I&#x27;m not talking about anyone in particular, but I always get a kick out the posters who say  I couldn&#x27;t live on $10 million. I estimate that if the person takes the cash option, they would have to earn more than 8.7% annually on the entire balance to exceed what the annuity would pay out.<br /><br />Either way, it&#x27;s a nice chunk of change for a single person (especially if they are single ).</p>]]></description>
