I&#x27;m trying to remember the last time I saw someone in line for a lottery ticket wearing a Brooks Brothers suit and carrying a briefcase. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>One of 26 grand prize finalists will walk away $100,000 richer on Friday as the Tennessee Lottery wraps up its initial version of the instant ticket game,  Deal or No Deal.<br /><br />The event, which will be held at the Lottery&#x27;s Nashville headquarters at 2 p.m., won&#x27;t leave any of the finalists empty-handed.
