I think is it written in the NC lottery law that just strictly a lottery game outlet stores are forbidden.

You can go on the NC General Assembly website and get the laws that were written for this lottery. It was set up for failure.

But I have a feeling that some of those laws will soon change.

a place that only sells lottrey would be the ticket. I can understand why it would not be a money maker with the amount NC pays for every ticket sold and not giving the store that sells the winning ticket a bonus is just not good business. IMO.

Why not advertise for places strictly for the games and maybe a soda machine and cigarettes ONLY. This way it would not interfer with the other store items being sold. Just strictly a Lottery Game Outlet Store.

If the pick 4 game gets here next year, I beleive they would see a change in sales; then it depends on what is paid out for the wins.

Yes definately!!! I've sent several asking when they will get something and they say when the lottery head thinks its time..Well we should all start sending them emails like Tenaj said and get our friends to start and so forth..Maybe they just don't know what we want. It would not hurt to request that they send our emails to the head dude, I forget his name.

pick 3 day - 1:59

pick 3 night - 9:59

pick 4 - same as pick 3

pick 5 - same as 3 4

try to have a lotto with south carolina called the carolina lottery

They need to get a midday draw on the pick 3 and add midday and evening pick 4. Also they need to draw at an earlier time for evening draw. Get a whole new bunch of scratch cards with better pays and put a multiplier on the Pick 5. And pay those stores a percentage of hits. Heck I would not want to do all that work for nothing either!!! NC is clueless

yes my experience with the retailers in my town is TERRIBLE !!!!

they act as if you are a bother,the make you wait till no other customers are in line before they will help you,and for the most part the NC Lottery Retailers in this town just suck..I have emailed the NCEL about it several times but it hasn't done any good...Therefore I only go to 1 store now,and they WELCOME me every night...But it's really sad that most stores act the way they do,because when I was playing scratch tickets i... Unless they've changed the rules, the reason retailers aren't so willing to get involved w/the lottery is they get NOTHING out of it! It's just a hassle to them. That's obvious because in many many stores, the clerks' attitudes let you know they's just as soon not mess with selling you a ticket. NC needs to make some changes
