There have been a lot of big winners that haven't been won during ice/snow storms. What about all the winners that occur during March through November

You've got to be kidding, right? Look at a map of the United States. Now pick the PB and MM states that don't get ice or snow storms.

1. is it just me or does it seem like big Powerball or Mega winners occur where there are ice/snow storms, even though the drawing itself isn't in that area, maybe the bad weather somehow synchs the QP machine to the draw machines in Iowa?

2. what is digg it ? does anyone really bother with it or is it just more web clutter

OKay now I'm confused....USA Mega's first report shows Kentucky had the Powerball winner...Now I see it is Oklahoma...were there multiple winners

A convenience store in the tiny eastern Oklahoma town of Watts is becoming a Powerball powerhouse of sorts, with two tickets sold weeks apart worth a total of $800,000.

Before the Nov. 24 drawing in the multistate Powerball lottery, Edward Proctor of Springdale, Ark., bought a ticket at Station 2 that became worth $200,000 after it matched the first five numbers.

Proctor said he plans to use a portion of the money to pay for his son's college education.
