When merchants check my tickets, regardless if they say I won or not,  I always get my tickets back and check them again.  I use to keep them all in a shoe box to remind myself just how gullible I am</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I see people all the time walking into stores with piles of tickets.  They don&#x27;t have a clue that it&#x27;s just like asking a stranger  is this $100 bill real?      Nope, I&#x27;ll just throw it away for you.<br /><br />Most people aren&#x27;t going to steal your money (I need to have faith in mankind!) but if not human, then there might be a computer error.
