			<description><![CDATA[<p>Funny, but the California Lottery gaming system is run out of GTECH&#x27;s National Data Center in Austin, TX.<br /><br />I don&#x27;t even know if they televise the SL+ draw any more...but in any case they don&#x27;t do that out of thew HQ building. The only major system running at the Lottery HQ is their internal control system (ICS). Still, highly unusual for power to be out that long.
