The man is 56 years old and is record goes back to 1974, which would have made him around 22 years old at the time of his first convicted offense. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I can only say I didn&#x27;t win, so who cares who did.<br /><br />You can&#x27;t really make a law about criminals not being able to collect legitimate winnings because they would just hand the ticket to their mother or a pal who would cash it in and slip them money under the table.
