You know, JS9, I don't understand why a lottery director out there has not used a switch back to real drawings as the centerpiece of a big media push. They could get creative and introduce something -- I'm not sure what -- new along with the switch back to real drawings. Maybe some kind of audience participation or a running contest for host, or something else that would get people interested again.

C'mon lottery directors, this stuff is right there for the taking. People want real drawings... [ More ]

But you know the state's retirement system is a good one, and I'm looking forward to taking a break.

Two months vacation in South Africa? Colorado does not have a good retirement system, it has a super-dupper, out-of-this-world, retirement plan!
